Upper Land Park Neighbors is a neighborhood association dedicated to serving the Upper Land Park community in Sacramento. We are committed to creating a safe, vibrant, and inclusive neighborhood where residents can thrive. Through various initiatives and events, we aim to foster a sense of belonging, promote local businesses, and address the needs and concerns of our community members. Our Neighborhood

The borders of Upper Land Park are Riverside Boulevard to the East, Interstate 5 to the West, and Broadway to the North. You can find your councilmember by clicking here: Find Your Councilmember

• Most of Upper Land Park is in Council District 7 and represented by Councilman Rick Jennings.
• Alder Grove and Marina Vista are represented by Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) and District 4 Councilwoman Katie Valenzuela.
• The Mill and West Broadway neighborhood are represented by District 4 Councilwoman Katie Valenzuela.
